Cult in the Car

Okay I was depressed today. Got a horrible mail at work and literaly walked out at 8 am. When I got in my car I popped in my Cult...driving tunes :) :) :)

And some others. lIke Zodiac, Sulpher, The Damned.

What driving songs/bands lift your spirits?

Any way had a nice picnic lunch and got my ear pierced....again...a circular barbell. Really cool above my stud, but man that girl butchered me!!! Hurt like Hell !!! And only stainless, my stud is titaniunm!!!

Feel good groups for me are The Cult....Skidrow...Saliva....Audioslave

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the ear piercer.......make sure you take care of your ear and don't let it get infected.

How would you like waking up to that man singing in your shower

A little thought of my own about Chris Cornell

If I'm in a more aggressive mood, its definitely things like BG&E, St Anger (Metallica) or Audioslave. If I need a lift and am in a more mellow mood its cd's like Morning Orbit (David Usher), U2 or Coloursound.

Hey PG, raise the roof girl!

Great topic...I like the Cult for every mood, but to lift the spirits...comming down then naturally high then libertine then the 'Bod' song from the barbarians then The Witch, all bouncing back from adversity tunes in my mind

its always some manic love crazed wench (pirate terminology, of course) that turns me around

leave it to u Sonic to ask for that..........

so u want me to give it up huh? ok then, but its nuthin too great. i actually have two.

The Cult Rare Driving Mix:
Sunrise
All Souls Avenue
Walk My Way (baby)
Wolf Child's Blues
Down So Long
Messin' Up The Blues
Beauty's on The Street (perfect for drivin aint it?)
Groove Co. (with the sax)
Go Go Guru
The Witch (dont remember what mix it is)
Coming Down (see above)
Breathing Out
Down on Me

as u've noticed, this is called the 'Rare' drivin mix, songs taken from the Rare Cult box set. next is just taken from albums - and yeah the Peace album is in it too.

The Cult Driving Mix:
Love
Phoenix
Hollow Man
Faith Healer
Love Trooper
Bleeding Heart Graffiti (sp?)
Sun King
Fiiiiiiiiiiiiire Woman (my song!!)
American Horse
Sweet Soul Sister (the longer version)
Soldier Blue
Ceremony
Wild Hearted Son
Earth Mofo
Wonderland

and i dont have their self-titled, and BG&E is great by itself.

HOO ELSE HAS A DRIVIN MIX?? i told my 2!

Driving music depends on where I'm driving and who is with me, or maybe what kinda mood I'm in. And why not play the Cult in the car? Its about all I play besides the radio...and that mostly sucks. I love Pure Cult, Rare, BG&E...kick ass. Esp. for driving in Atlanta!:flip:
