What Are You Listening To?
Currently listening to Visionary Complex by Fear Cult...intresting cover versions of Sex Beat (Sex Beat)...Girls & Boys (Blur) and The Safety Dance
(Men Without Hats)
shame that the LA goths haven't caught up with the 21 Century...the clothes...the music...the attitude...it's still very 80's...
:flame:ON!!!
From Velvet night came forth our torch burns eternal,
For time is but a dream and our mischeif be infernal,
Black Angels watch over neglecting the living but not the undead,
Blessed are the hallowed and gracious for their blood shall keep us fed,
Hark the electric thunder drawn like moths to a flame,
To a place of wicked wonder...and Hollywood be thy name.

Sparklehorse is musical Xanax defined, but they throw some rockers in, too. I got some pretty good versions of their songs, some live performances
and what not. Mark Linkous is a musical Wunderkind! If you're interested and have Y!instant messenger I can probably share some with you...my name is
also taokow on IM.
I said "Elemental" and just then, it started to rain.

Lots of the heavy stuff. In the morning it's been Mortiis and X-Mal Deutschland in the shower. Then heathly shots of
Dimmu Borgir, Napalm Death and the Plasmatics on the way to and from work. When the "phones" are on at work it jumps from more Plasmatics to Manson
to Hocico to the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack box set. Throw a little Black from the Dead (BiLe and ThRilL KiLl kUlT), HIM, and UNIT:psychosis.......
The MIND is a trerrrrrrrrrrrrrible thing.

I don't have it. But we saw the Cramps live and they played about 6 or 7 songs from it. We stood by the sound board, so I
got to see the set list in advance. Sounded really good live. It will be one to get when there's extra $$$$$ laying around.
The HIM stuff I have on video seems to do quite well with presenting their live show. HIM and the 69 Eyes aroud two bands I really REALLY want to see
live.

If I Were A Carpenter... Remember this tribute album?
Man, talk about a downer!
Sonic Youth's "Superstar" and Cracker's
"Rainy Days and Mondays". Whoa.
Doom and Gloom. Oh, but its a great album.

bit of Heart's Greatest hits thrown in the mix.
