THE CULT in Austria
They were about 3 or 4 times in Austria, and only one gig was a real success. It was 1991 in the BA Halle. At all other gigs the audience was quiet
and stupid becaus they came because of other bands, and Ian fucked them off every time. But next Cult concert here in Austria will be very loud cause
Lizard Johnny and the burning star Manuela will be there to make some noise and to fuck the non-cult people off !!!

the show I saw in 1994 the crowd was quite laid back as though they was trying to be cool,only a few at the front was into it.
I remember Ian just being so into it,it was unreal.
Billy was on-fire cos it was a hometown gig and I remember reading somewhere that he said that the Manchester gig was the best on the tour for him.
I think Ian mentioned Billy's family was there.
I just hope the European fans get some chance to see them the next time they tour.

i can only say that the best time they've played for me is the 1985 Glasgow Barrowlands show for the LOVE album...3000 fuckin nutters all going
bonkers!!...and then at the 2001 Brixton show with all the other Cult fanatics that travelled from all over Europe and some from the US who thought
the locals looked to mad to come over and say HELLO!!...
