Tough to choose, it changes everyday.
Today it's like this:
1. The Cult
2. Love
3. BG&E
4. Dreamtime
5. Electric
6. Sonic Temple
7. Ceremony

Best & The Rest

1. The Cult ,., 1994 saw the band put out, song for song, its best and most mature record ever. This was the direction I wanted to hear Ian & Billy's music evolve into.
The Cult is best when they're something other than 'heavy' or 'metal'.

2. Love,., better than Ceremony, by just a little,., its the 'emotional content' of the songs that make these recordings unique to their catalog, and why these 2 records are better than the band's purposeful attempts at commercialism.

3. Dreamtime,., based on the strength of Horse Nation, Spiritwalker and Res Joe.

3. Electric,., better than Sonic Temple.
Cult for the masses, the money.
Bombast instead of atmosphere,., but killer live presentations.

4. BG&Evil,., Headpounding and frenetic, this record was better suited for a 'nu-metal' singer than a 40 year old poet. And you know it.

Still waiting for Billy & Ian to make an acoustic record and the 2 of them do a limited engagement tour of performing arts centers to present their work.
