Cult Cover at local event!!
So happy I was with my drunken self tonight to have a local band cover Wildflower....got up outta my seat from way in the back to rush up front--sing
a few lines--flip the "rock on" sign and be on my way--it made my fucking night in this boring ass town!:moon:

seems HOVE has ben let out alone again :o to harrass and destroy local dives with local lame assed bands playing decent rock songs...badly :P
i'm guessing that you weren't alone there...but then thats not always a bad thing...sometimes you don't need an audience to make an ass of yourself...

No--was not alone--with some coworkers that understand my "issues" with the Cult and the like. Nope--don't need an audience to make an ass of myself!!
Pretty much can do that anytime.
I don't know that anyone else even knew what they were playing...they were doing mostly covers of Live, Collective Soul, stuff like that--so I was
quite surprised when that one popped up..I'm looking around thinking..don't you people KNOW who this IS??? Jeez!

Most people these days are so used to the crap that's shoved down their throat that they don't know it when they hear great music. Radio now just
sucks so much. Same old shit day in and out. That's why I only heard of them in '89 and then lost track. Once I went and bought their other cds...I
knew what the hell I had missed. :flame:
