songs on Holy Barbarians bootlegs
I have several HB bootlegs (May 19, June 4, October 18, and October 22). One song is an intrumental, that is listed as 'Midnight Express'. Is this
correct? Is this a Doors song?
On two of them, the intro is jazzy background music with Ian reciting some poetry. Does anyone know the source? Allan Ginsberg ? It seems very
'beat' and definitely VERY sexy.
I'll be glad to make copies of these shows (audio quality is good to poor) for anyone who has some info or might be able to help.

i was just wondering if the set list for the above show should be made public???
or should i just say that there is one additional track at the end from an earlier HB show in Flordia...
the track is just Ian (singing and guitar)...he is singing it for the first time since 1983...he wrote it when he was just 19...
and it is??....

It isn't "She", they didn't play that one then. I just listened to this one again the other night after reading the original post here ... I don't
know what the hell track #9 is :puzzled: if you listen from about 2:50 until about 3:15 into the song it almost sounds familiar, but I just
can't seem to place it - maybe an obscure Cult track that I just can't recognize?
