Automotive muscle....Hey I like it too, hence my car. Jeez, kick it and it goes like hell! I am very partial to Impalas for that very reason. My
first was a 1970...man that car could move. Got my first and only speed ticket with her. I miss her. She was wrecked by a drunk driver!
Oh and just to satisfy curiousity...he's not small at all. He's big, very big.

I'd have to agree with SP3 the Hemi Cuda is well endowed. I also like Camaro's 1970 1/5 to be specific. Only a few thou of them made.

i get so depressed. i dont even HAVE a car yet....still paying off my school bills. its killing me....one day-god knows when that will be.
i guess if i was to chose, it would have to be a JAGUAR XK8, yeh-one of those euro sports cars.
someone i knew had a '63 impala. its definitely very spacious. sitting in it makes me feel like i am floating....

cars (not that its a bad thing at all).....is anybody out there into trucks? im more of a truck woman myself (my origins are self explanatory on
that one), but anything on muscle cars is sweet too, dont get me wrong. just curious as to if anyone is a trucker as well.

You need to find the NASCAR truck series races, and go to one. They are way cool!
As for trucks...no toyotas...Lets just do chevys!

Remember i said "Mostly" in my post earlier. That doesn't necessaraly mean that ALL american muscle cars a ugly, clunky or "couchie"...
Now U suddenly talk about build....!??? I never mentioned a single word about quality, build or how many malfunctions a car has after 40 years...I
know Italian cars doesn't have the best rep. when it comes to quality, but they AREN'T as bad as U describe it. I know cause I've owned 5 different
Alfa Romeo's.
I'm just talking about the other stuff above, handing, charm, design, driving ability, etc.
BTW, I have a friend of mine who is REALLY into "Yank Muscle" cars and they all spend 250 days a year in his workshop....so don't gimme that crap
'bout build or quality!!!
If that's the case let's talk about german (Audi, Mercedes) or japanese cars (Mazda, Toyota). OK, they don't last 40 years but it's the finest quality
for 10 years at a affordable price...but damn they stink when it comes to the above!!! :moon:

I was bought up around drag strips. All the fast cars were American, All the biggers and most aggressive looking cars were American, And all the
winning cars were American.
I never got off on so cal Super cars, they just looked small and stupid to me.
I have had this thing for Yanks a long time and working with them is something I always wanted, and to a certain extent, Something I HAVE always
done.
I still preffer to go stick a 50s or 60s Muscle car hard and fast into a twisty road than a Ferrari or whatever ... I just love to feel ... On the
limit... Y'know?
If a car goes round a bend like the bend wasnt there .... Thats great ... But to have to wrestle a 2 ton monster, screaming and fighting all the way

The only car I ever drove that made me think .... Maybe theres something in this ...... I got a chance to take out a Diablo... When a V12 with
BiTurbos kicks you in the ass and keeps kicking until you let go.... Thats a fucking buzz you never forget...No idea how fast we got , I darent take
an eye off the road, But I swear we were pulling G's ... Like a jet fighter.
So ... Yeah I have fun with other cars , But I would only ever want to own a Yank ... Its in my blood I guess.
