---just am listening to the cd you sent me. thank you. some of these i know, some i do not.
cant STAND the distillers. the chick is too annoying. they're pretty big here it seems.
but anyway-THANK YOU SO MUCH-of course the doggiestar comes through as expected-i only expected such a naughty taste in music from you, exactly the stuff i like!

tell me this-my vitriol- the datsuns,the elviss.....are the rest of the cds as good as the songs you have taped for me?
lots of times i dont get the cds cuz usually only one song out of the 10 is good-you know?

anyting you want from here i can get for u?

i'm listening to some of the bands u mentioned and i think that there are better tracks there...none of the tracks are listed as singles or, as the one defining song that will be used on radio rotation...

for example...the track by Elviss is actually a B'side on their current single...the lead track is better still...
The Datsuns album hasn't got one bad song on it...it's chock full of cracking songs...which is why i put a live session version of one of the regular album tracks on as the last track...the album version of Little Bruise is better still!!

sorry that Brody Armstrong (the Distillers) isn't in your fave woman department...she isn't that big in the UK yet so we don't suffer the constant TV and radio exposure that they are receiving in the USA at the moment...(we're also just catching onto how good the Transplants are...but thats another story!!)

as and when i get enough new or intresting music i'll send ya out another BTYD...(prolly by the summer)

i am really enjoying this cd. its really decent and reminds me of all the cool music i used to listen to in high school. ahhhh! those werer the days.. thanks to you i am hooked back in.
as for brodie of the distillers-thwy dont get much airplay-but i feel like she is so cliche-it annoys me-no biggie-
i loved rancid although i still dont have even one of the cd's yet. what can i say i am a POOR/cheap ass gal.
now ofcourse i have to go cd shopping--oh i guess this is some conspiracy by yourself to get me in the poor house no doubt! :lol:;)

please let me know if u need anything overhere-
i.e. i have the video bootleg of the doors barrie ontario show which i could tape for u. i know the video systems r different but maybe u could have it transferred?
